SKIN DIARY
Our skin diaries for a more beautiful and healthier complexion.
Many dermatologists and health insurance companies recommend that people with skin problems and conditions such as atopic dermatitis, acne or general impurities keep a structured skin diary and maintain it regularly.
We sat together with experts and a designer to create structured, analog skin diaries in different editions for you.
With a skin diary, you can collect reliable data on everything influencing your skin appearance and then analyze habits or identify trigger causes together with your doctor.

Reader Reviews
What a great idea, this booklet! You can record your skin condition every day and simply tick off how the day went using the pictograms. Super useful!
Very cool format. You are encouraged to finally stick with it and record everything about your lifestyle. Top quality product for an affordable price.
My dermatologist recommended keeping a diary. After 6 weeks I was able to identify that dairy was my main acne trigger. Highly recommended!
